A. We will send you a "DETAILS" email within a few days asking for any requests concerning additional setups, customizations, late-night pickup and other important information. Please be sure to respond as soon as possible so we may best serve you. (You may need to check your spam or junk folder if you do not have our email saved in your contacts.)

A. We offer two payment options:

  • Full payment upfront.
  • Shop Pay Installments: Splits your payment into 4 installments. Rates range from 0%-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to eligibility checks and are provided by lending partners.

A. We offer free delivery within 15 miles of our address: 18445 Hwy. 105 STE 102, Montgomery, TX 77356, with a pickup time no later than 9:00 PM. Pickup times after 9:00 PM can be scheduled for an additional fee. If you're unsure if your event address qualifies for free delivery, please email us at archandbloom@gmail.com to provide the address and we'll confirm.

A. Pickup fees are as follows:

  • 9:00 PM- 10:00 PM -$100
  • 10:00 PM- 11:00 PM -$200
  • 11:00 PM- 12:00 AM: $300

A. If your location exceeds 15 miles, we charge $1.50 per mile, not to exceed 75 driving miles. For deliveries between 50-75 miles, we require a $1800 rental minimum before taxes and other fees.

A. This means the price covers our team or florist setting up the item once, at one location. Additional fees apply if the rental item needs to be moved from the ceremony to the reception or elsewhere at the same location.

A. Unfortunately, we do not offer in-person showings due to the size and transport difficulty of these items. On occasion, we'll host open houses at various venues; please subscribe to our newsletter or email us for upcoming dates.

A. Currently, we do not offer made-to-order custom floral arrangements, but we are working on adding a variety of arrangements to choose from soon! We can customize by adding flowers to current designs if you're wanting to add an additional color or two however, we cannot remove any flowers from the original design. Please note, any requests for customizations must be communicated and paid 60 days prior to your event. This ensures we are able to order the flowers and add them to the rental(s).

A. We'd love to hear more about what you're looking for. We offer customizations if you're interested in adding any additional colors to a current design. Please note, we need at least 60 days notice to ensure we can have the flowers in time for your event.

We are working diligently to add new designs for you to rent so please check back often as you may find exactly what you're looking for!
