1. Reservation:
Select your preferred date on our calendar and add your chosen items to the cart. Ensure your venue is within our 75 mile max driving delivery zone by calculating from our address: 18445 Hwy. 105 STE 102, Montgomery, TX 77356. Use Google Maps set to driving distance.  

2. Checkout:
Complete your purchase, ensuring to provide essential details like the venue's name, address, email, phone number and preferred drop-off and pickup times in the special instructions box. This helps us coordinate delivery and setup seamlessly. You will also receive a "DETAILS" email within a few days to further clarify the specifics of your event. Please fill it out and return it promptly.

3. Delivery and Setup:
Enjoy complimentary delivery, setup, and pickup within a 15-mile radius of our Montgomery, TX address. Our dedicated team ensures everything is set up to perfection for your event.

Additional Services:
Should your event require an additional setup, customizations or late night pickup- please respond to the "DETAILS" email following checkout for personalized assistance and a quote tailored to your needs.

Payment Options:
Opt for upfront payment or use SHOP PAY for convenient installment payments.

4. Pickup:
After your event, we'll promptly retrieve all rentals for your convenience.

Key Points to Note:

• The rental fee covers setup at one location only. Additional fees will apply for moving items between ceremony and reception or to other areas at the same location.
• Free delivery is available within 15 miles if pickup is before 9 pm. Beyond this, a $1.50 per mile charge applies, not to exceed 75 driving miles, one way. For deliveries between 50-75 miles, we require a $1800 rental minimum before taxes and other fees. 
• Ensure your venue can accommodate our rentals in your desired locations.
• Certain items, such as arches and backdrops, require specialized handling for moving. Rest assured, our team manages this process for safety and insurance coverage.
• We liaise directly with venues to streamline setup, delivery, and pickup, alleviating the burden from you.
