How to Rent from ARCH and BLOOM

 

Ready to elevate your event with our luxury faux florals? Here's how to rent with us:

 

1. Choose Your Florals & Book

Browse our collection of high-quality faux florals. When you find your perfect pieces, add them to your cart and complete your booking directly on our website. Full payment for your rental is required at checkout. For your convenience, we offer flexible payment plans through Shop Pay, which secures your booking immediately from our end. We don't accept payments outside our website.

 

2. Share Your Event Details

After booking, you'll receive an email with a link to our essential 'Details' form. Please complete this form promptly! It's crucial for us to gather all necessary information like your venue, preferred times, and any extra service requests. Our team will use this to coordinate directly with your venue for seamless delivery and pickup.

 

3. Delivery & Setup

We offer complimentary delivery, setup, and pickup within 15 miles of Montgomery, TX (18445 Hwy. 105 STE 102, Montgomery, TX 77356).

* Beyond 15 Miles: Mileage fees apply (e.g., $1.50 per mile one-way from our address). A minimum rental of $1800 applies for deliveries 50-75 miles away. We do not deliver beyond 75 miles or ship our florals.

* Setup: We set up at one primary location, at least one hour before your event.

  • Venue Fit & Movement: You are responsible for ensuring our large items fit your venue's spaces. For insurance and product integrity, only our trained team can move or disassemble our rentals.

 

4. Additional Services & Payments

Any additional services you request (like delivery outside our free zone, moving items between locations, or late-night pickup) will be invoiced separately.

* Payment & Deadline: This invoice will be sent 45 days out and is due in full 30 days prior to your event.

* Customizations: Customization fees are invoiced 75 days out and are due 60 days prior to your event.

  • Consequence of Non-Payment: Failure to pay for confirmed additional services by the 30-day deadline will result in the cancellation of those specific services.

 

Important Things to Keep in Mind:

* Weather Protection: Our florals cannot be left outside in inclement weather. For outdoor setups, you must provide an indoor alternate plan in our 'Details' email.

* Damage Policy: Any damage to our products beyond normal wear and tear will result in a charge to your card (3x the rental price of the damaged item).

  • Cancellations: We require 90 days' notice for cancellations. Payments for rentals canceled with less than 90 days' notice are non-refundable.
